A Fitter/Cablemaker (M/F) on fixed-term contract from 4 September 2023 to 24 November 2023.
- 💼 YOUR MISSIONS:
Attached to the Assembly Team Leader, your responsibilities are as follows:
• Based on technical data and/or manufacturing instructions, be able to assemble and mount the mechanical parts that make up the robot.
• Using wiring diagrams, assemble and wire sub-assemblies and equipment for the robots.
• Be able to create electrical harnesses, anticipate and visualize cable routing.
• When receiving production baskets, verify that all parts are present for assembly and report any missing items.
• Identify and report assembly and wiring anomalies.
• Inspect the final assembly phases before cable work.
• Perform manual finishing operations on parts (drilling, trimming, deburring, sanding, crimping, soldering, etc.).
• Inject materials (foam, insulation, resin, adhesive, etc.) during assembly.
• Perform part protection (masking, packaging, etc.) and shipping.
• Participate in after-sales service operations.
• Know how to use measuring tools (wire-to-wire checks), various pliers (tools to be adapted).
• Follow and apply the company's procedures.
• Implement corrective measures.
• Report daily activities in writing.
🧑💼 YOUR PROFILE:
• BEP / CAP / BAC level in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance.
• You are diligent, independent, and meticulous.
• You have good analytical skills and independence.
• You have good interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team on a daily basis, and believe in collective success.
• You may be required to work in shifts or during regular daytime hours, from Monday to Friday.
