IN THE FIREFIGHTING ROBOTICS INDUSTRY

WE ARE PIONEERS

Shark Robotics, pioneers in firefighting robotics, started in 2016 with the development of the Colossus, a 500 kg firefighting robot, in collaboration with the Paris Fire Brigade. In 2019, we introduced "Rhyno Protect," a 200 kg firefighting robot for smaller interventions. We now deliver nearly 130 robots globally.

DAILYGLOBAL DEPLOYMENT FOR

FIREFIGHTING SUPPORT

Advanced firefighting robots deploy daily worldwide, excelling in various missions such as firefighting, inspections, and hazard detection. Highly effective in diverse fire scenarios, from warehouses to tunnels, their cutting-edge equipment and integrated AI minimize damage.

COLOSSUS ROBOT DEPLOYED AT

NOTRE-DAME CATHEDRAL FIRE IN APRIL 2019

An iconic moment in firefighting robotics: Colossus deployed during the April 2019 Notre-Dame cathedral fire. For over 10 hours in 800°C heat, the robot operated within the perilous cathedral, cooling it and protecting priceless art.

Join us in our mission to revolutionize firefighting and make the world a safer place with Shark Robotics.

FIRE SAFETY SCENARIOS

Indoor
Fires
Robots are valuable for firefighting in indoors fires, such as facilities, tunnels, where access is limited and the risk is high.
Car Park
Fires
Fireghting robots enhance safety for both firefighters and the public, and they allow a quick response to fires, preventing their spread.
Industrial
Fires
In industrial settings, robots can be used to tackle fires and mitigate the dangers associated with these incidents.
Road
Fires
Firefighting robots offer comprehensive protection, preventing the ignition of nearby vehicles or cargo.
Nuclear, Oil, Gas and Chemical Fires
Firefighting robots can access to dangerous areas to suppress fires or handle materials without endangering human personnel.

BENEFITS OF ROBOTICS

01

ENHANCED SAFETY

Firefighting robots access high-risk environments, reducing danger to human firefighters by entering areas too hazardous for them.

02

REDUCED HUMAN EXPOSURE

Deploying robots in fire scenes reduces firefighter exposure, crucial for dealing with hazardous incidents.

03

24/7 AVAILABILITY

Robots can operate continuously, whereas human firefighters require rest. They can be deployed around the clock, ensuring a continuous presence at the fire scene.

04

PRECISION AND EFFICIENCY

Firefighting robots target and apply water precisely, reducing waste and collateral damage, navigating obstacles for more effective firefighting.

05

REMOTE OPERATION

Robots can be operated remotely, allowing firefighters to maintain a safe distance while monitoring and controlling the firefighting process. This reduces the risk of injury.

06

ACCESS TO CONFINED SPACES

Robots access tight spaces like industrial equipment and tunnels, where fires can be challenging to control.

07

DATA COLLECTION

Firefighting robots, with sensors and cameras, provide real-time data and video feeds, aiding firefighters in decision-making and post-incident analysis.

08

RECONNAISSANCE

Firefighting robots can be deployed for initial reconnaissance to assess the extent of the fire, identify potential hazards, and plan an effective firefighting strategy.

09

TRAINING

Firefighting robots can serve as valuable training tools for firefighters. They allow personnel to practice firefighting techniques and improve their skills in a controlled environment.

10

RESOURCE OPTIMIZATION

Robots handle specific firefighting tasks, freeing human firefighters for strategic and complex roles, optimizing resource allocation.

11

COST SAVINGS

Despite initial costs for acquiring and maintaining firefighting robots, long-term benefits like reduced injuries, damage, and resource allocation savings are significant.

12

RAPID RESPONSE

Firefighting robots offer swift deployment to fires, crucial in time-sensitive situations like industrial facilities or areas with limited access where seconds matter.

13

VERSATILITY

Firefighting robots come in various forms, including aerial drones, ground-based vehicles, and even waterborne robots, making them versatile and adaptable to different firefighting scenarios.
