After helping to secure Notre-Dame de Paris in 2019, the Colossus robot is preparing to enter the Élysée Palace.
The firefighting robot from Shark Robotics, designed and manufactured in La Rochelle, has been selected to represent Charente-Maritime at the Grande Exposition du Fabriqué en France (Great Exhibition of Made in France), organized on November 15 and 16, 2025.
An exhibition of French industrial expertise Colossus is one of 123 products that showcase French creativity, innovation, and quality expertise. This 100% electric, modular, and remote-controled robot is capable of assisting firefighters in extreme environments.
A collective success story made in La Rochelle Based in La Rochelle, Shark Robotics designs and manufactures all of its robots in France, at its industrial site which combines R&D, production, and assembly.
